PRIVATE WORKS
MY FIRST EVER WALKTHROUGH PROJECT!
It was a challenging experience for me to make an interior walkthrough since I have never tried it at least once. But because of my encouraging head designer and my devotion to creating photorealistic visual graphics, motivates me to take a step forward and try. I did my learning session via Youtube and actually went well. Though knowing lumion needs high specs of the computer, I still managed to finish and submit the project task with complete result.
Note: It’s not really a high-quality video that I wanted to be, but I had fun making this! and also, I’ve had some assistance in creating the effects.
Detached living space is
not a bad choice!
Baluyaw Residence, 2021 – 2022
Ilo-Ilo City, Philippines
Outdoor or what they called detached living space is actually a great choice. Close contact with nature has a lot to give to our well-being, mentally and physically. Just like this proposed outdoor living space, composed of living, dining, bar, and a coffee area. Perfect for any type of occasion and gathering. It is surrounded by metal bars which gives an industrial atmosphere, tempered glass, and wooden louvers to allow fresh air to circulate in the space. Greeneries are incorporated to liven up the given area.
BEDROOM
MAKEOVER!
Nonato Residence, 2021
Caradio-an, Himamaylan City
In this modern age, we live today, where arts and designs are known for their ability to create something meaningful, inspiring, and evokes a specific emotion in an individual. That’s why this bedroom needs a makeover. Color schemes are inspired by some features that are seen in New York City, First, replacing the existing wall color with white and applying a gray accent wall color already transform this bedroom into a new look followed by adding wood slats which gives warmth and comfort vibe. Moreover, incorporating built-in shelves and a desk maximized the use of space in this room.
